Ingredients:
- Diced frozen mango pieces
- Mango Nectar
- Ice
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Chamoy sauce

Instructions:
Prepare the glasses:
- Moisten the rims of your glasses with chamoy sauce previously placed on a plate.
- Sprinkle Tajín chili powder on a plate and dip the rims of the glasses in it to cover them.
Blend the mango:
- In a blender, combine the diced frozen mango, mango nectar, ice cubes, sugar and lemon juice.
- Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mango puree, with the consistency of mango ice cream.
Assemble the layers of flavors in your glass of mangonada:
- Carefully spoon a spoonful of chamoy sauce into the bottom of each prepared glass.
- Then, pour a small amount of the blended mango mixture into the glasses over the chamoy, and continue to add the mango mixture, alternating with the chamoy sauce.
To decorate and serve:
- After laying out layers of the mango and chamoy mixture, cover the mangonada with mango pieces.
- Add chili powder or Tajín on top, adjust the amount to your preference for spiciness, and add the tamarind-wrapped straw (optional).
