Grated Oaxaca cheese - 300g

Oaxaca cheese is a Mexican stretched-curd cheese, also known as quesillo. It is often used in Mexican cuisine to prepare dishes such as quesadillas, tacos, enchiladas, and many others. This cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk and has a stringy texture and a mild, slightly tangy flavor. We are fortunate to have a version of Oaxaca cheese made here in Quebec by Fromagerie Rumba in Val-des-Sources. This Quebec version of Oaxaca cheese is produced using the same artisanal methods as the Mexican version and offers an equally delicious flavor and texture.
