Fresh cheese - Cuajada - approx. 340 g

Cuajada cheese is a fresh cheese originating from Latin America and very popular in Mexican cuisine. It is made from curdled cow's milk and is often used in hot dishes and sauces. Its texture is soft and creamy, and its slightly tangy flavor pairs perfectly with spices and herbs. We are fortunate to have a version made here in Quebec by the Rumba cheese factory in Val-des-Sources. Their version of Cuajada is just as flavorful and creamy as the original and can be used in many Mexican and Latin American recipes to add an authentic and delicious touch.
