Allspice berries - 50g

Jamaican berry (or allspice), known as quatre-épices in French and allspice in English, gets its name from its aroma, reminiscent of the famous spice blend of the same name, composed of pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. In Mexican cuisine, it is used by blending it with onions, garlic, and chili peppers, then grinding the mixture into a flavorful paste.
