Mora Chili Pepper - 100g

The mora pepper is a small, dried, and smoked red jalapeño native to Mexico. As it dries, this pepper shrinks and darkens, hence its name "mora," which means "ripe" in Spanish. With its fairly pronounced heat level, this pepper offers a distinctive fruity flavor and a characteristic smoky aroma. It can be used either ground (in its dried form) or rehydrated for incorporation into recipes. It can also be added whole to meat and poultry stews.
