We are a couple of chefs who have merged their Mexican and Quebec roots to offer a unique culinary experience. In 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, we used the kitchen of a family restaurant to launch our eponymous brand “Lili and Gordo”. This was the starting point of an adventure that quickly evolved into a brand known for its authentic products.
